Dietetic Service - Adult Services
The adult dietetic service provides dietary interventions to individuals diagnosed with a range of conditions for example cancer, coeliac disease, dementia, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and stroke.
The service is provided by dietitians and dietetic assistants across inpatient, outpatient and domiciliary settings.
Access to the service is via GP, community nursing staff, allied health professional, consultant, specialist nurse referral and health and social care colleagues.
